The shuttle bus ran during the day and was convenient. The staff were helpful and provided luggage assistance. The accommodation was well-equipped and clean. The resort had a convenient shop and enjoyed watching turtles in a pond. The location was a pleasant 20-minute walk from town.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this 4-star hotel. The location of this place is absolutely fantastic, situated on a hill outside the bustling city. The lush gardens surrounding the hotel create a serene and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. The hotel offers a range of services such as room service, car hire, and laundry, ensuring that guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. The rooms themselves are spacious and well-equipped with modern amenities, including a balcony or terrace where you can enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The staff here are exceptional, providing the highest level of customer service and always willing to help with any request. Their friendly and welcoming attitude made me feel right at home.
The only downside I found during my stay was the location at the top of a hill. While it was not a problem for me as I enjoy walking, it may not suit everyone, especially those who prefer to stay in the resort.
